Joe will visit you to measure up your kitchen space and discuss your requirements. This generally takes around 30 minutes. He will need to accurately measure every aspect of your room, noting down key features such as window height and position on wall, service locations (eg electrical points, water & waste connections).
Joe will then begin to design your new kitchen, creating a space that looks amazing and is effortless to use. His experience as a carpenter puts him in a great position to design the kitchen – understanding how each cabinet, panel and piece of trim will be fitted.
To ensure that we provide the best possible service, we constantly research trends in kitchen design: trade and interior design publications, exhibitions and social media.

Using passion and creativity help to design beautiful interior spaces.
Several design rules and schools of thought will be considered during the design process:
the modern kitchen triangle
zonal kitchen design
classical architectural rules on proportion and symmetry
future use function (for example ensuring there is space to remove / replace large appliances like washing machines or fridge freezers)
‘4G’ kitchen design – (4G means ‘four generation’, making the design be multi generational ensure that it is inclusive for everyone, whether there are young children or older grandparents using the kitchen.
Connecting living spaces. Open plan spaces including kitchen and living areas are becoming ever more popular, careful thought needs to be applied in how the two (or more) areas are connected. In an open plan living space we generally plan the overall layout for our clients, including where dining table and soft furnishings will be located, and will set colour schemes / themes for the whole room with the client.
We use state of the art 3D kitchen design software, which uses photo realistic renders to show you exactly how the new kitchen will look. You will be presented with your new kitchen designs along with a cup of tea or coffee at our showroom in Gornal. We will explain to you the reasoning behind the design choices made, and can discuss alternative colour options. You will also be shown real life examples of cabinetry & features from within our showroom.
You will also be given a detailed quote for your new kitchen, fully itemised and in full with no hidden extras. We will explain to you the installation process, giving you time scales, schedules and plans.
The installation process is the most important activity in realising the overall look and function of your new kitchen. We don’t do much advertising, currently around 80% of the kitchens we install are referred to us via a recommendation. We know that this is the life blood of our company, and we will all go the extra mile, every time to ensure that each client is delighted and will recommend us to others.
Every aspect needs to be perfectly fitted as per our plans to achieve the desired finish.
Our team have worked together with Joe for 10 years installing luxury fitted kitchens. They all strive for perfection, and aim to perform all works efficiently with as little disruption to the client as possible. Joe is on site every day, in case the client has any questions or queries, or if there is a decision that needs to be made.
Our service doesn’t stop once we are finished. We are always available to you on the other end of the phone or email if you have any questions, issues or concerns.
